Florida Junkies was founded in 2024 by James Mostellar because there was a real need for dependable, professional demolition services in the St. Petersburg area. whether it was tearing out kitchens, bathrooms, decks, or removing load-bearing walls—without causing unnecessary disruptions, James and his team knows how to do it.
With a few years of construction management James set out to start his own demolition company and be able to help homeowners and General contractors with their projects.
